Return Policy

We do not accept returns. Due to the natural material from which our products are crafted, minor variations are common and may be considered normal and safe for intimate use. If you believe the product you received is not safe for internal use, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. In the unlikely event that an item should be damaged during transit or arrive defective, we will provide an exact exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customs taxes vary. In the event an additional fee is required for delivery, the purchaser assumes responsibility.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Available products may still require 4-5 days processing time. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Cancellation Policy for Services (Tarot Readings, Insider Circles, Consulations)

We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Sensual Tarot Reading, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or credited. We thank you for understanding.

If we are unable to connect due to technical difficulties on our end, any prepaid sessions will be either refunded in full or rescheduled for a later date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and PayPal. You can also place your order now and pay in 4 installments with AfterPay, available at checkout.

Will my credit card information be stored?

To safeguard your security, Chakrubs does not store any credit card details. If you are not comfortable providing your credit card details online, please contact love@chakrubs.com and we will provide you with an alternative method of payment. Online purchase transactions, including pre-orders, will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. The transaction is processed after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. You will be reached by email if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.

When will I receive my order?

Order will ship in 1-5 business days. Once in transit, your order should arrive in 1-5 business days. You can check the status and/or track your order in your Chakrubs.com account. Can I return or exchange my product?

UPS Worldwide Expedited usually arrives in 3-5 business days from the ship date. You may be responsible for a small customs fee on your import. This is out of our hands.

Where does the crystal you use to craft Chakrubs come from? Is it ethical?

Chakrubs are created from crystals and we source most of them from a city in Brazil that is abundant with them. Crystals take many hundreds of years to form and because of that they aren’t the most renewable resource. However, because they last a lifetime if properly cared for, it reduces the need to purchase other silicone or plastic products that get thrown away over time. We have been working with the lapidary who crafts Chakrubs for many years and have formed good relationships with them. We can confidently assure you that the labor practices are legal and ethical. We also make regular contributions to a number of organizations in an effort to minimize our environmental impact, including Friends of the Earth International, the Arbor Day Foundation and the International Institute for Sustainable Development. As we grow we are focused on doing all we can to be a company that is responsible and trustworthy.

How do I know which Chakrub is right for me?

Chakrubs come in different shapes and sizes. When choosing a Chakrub, first decide which design is best suited for your individual needs. When it’s time to choose a crystal, we encourage you to trust your intuition and go with what you feel most drawn to. You may wish to read the metaphysical properties of the crystal and see what resonates with you most, but there is no one way to choose. Those who are heavily into crystal healing believe that the crystal is yours before it even reaches you and therefore you cannot make a wrong decision. Are crystals safe for internal use?

Chakrubs are carved from “the mother stone” meaning they have never been owned before they reach you. Unlike “massage wands” you may find at a metaphysical shop that may be secondhand, Chakrubs were created with the intention for internal use. Each Chakrub goes through a quality inspection where we ensure the smoothness of the stone. However, if you see something that doesn’t feel right, listen to your body and let us know.

Are Chakrubs porous?

The reason there is so much conflicting information on this subject is because the porosity of stones is difficult to corroborate. Our researchers from GIA have informed us that Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, and Amethyst are non-porous. Other crystals may be porous or have “closed porosity” meaning that pores lay on the surface of the stone but would be very difficult for bacteria to seep through to the center and can be washed away with mild soap and warm water.

Do Chakrubs hurt? Are they cold?

Chakrubs are tools created for your pleasure that are completely smooth and come in various shapes to suit your desires. They can be cold but warm up quickly to your body temperature or you can hold it under warm water before your session. If you have never used a hard toy before like steel or glass and have only used silicone or softer toys, it may be a new sensation but it won’t hurt. Chakrubs are completely smooth and we receive tons of glowing testimonials from our beloved customers who share their love of our products.

How do you recommend I clean my Chakrub?

Is it safe to use a yoni egg while pregnant?

Please consult your doctor, doula, or midwife with any concerns you might have about using your yoni egg while pregnant. A yoni egg practice is a very nurturing tool for after you've given birth and your body has recovered from labor.

Is it safe to use a yoni egg while wearing an IUD?

We haven't seen any evidence that using a yoni egg alongside an IUD is harmful, but due to the amount of conflicting information that surrounds these products, we recommend speaking to your doctor if you have any concerns regarding their use.

Will products from the Forest Line splinter?

Can you bring Chakrubs and yoni eggs on airplanes?

Yes, our products are made of 100% pure crystal or 100% wood, and contain no electronic components, so they will not set off any security sensors. If stored in your carry on, it's possible that TSA will want to look through your bag manually.

* The Talu and Nunchaku are made using stainless steel, which will set off the sensor and/or be viewed as a weapon. All other products are fine to fly.

Will my order ship together or in multiple shipments?

If you place an order for multiple items and some are on pre-order, we will ship everything together when the entire order is ready. If your order is shipping within the US, you can request that available items be shipped first at no additional cost. International orders can also be shipped in multiple shipments by request, but there may be an additional shipping cost to arrange this.

Is your shipping packaging discreet?

We're able to remove the company name from the return address. Please include your request in the order notes when placing your order.
