Pick a Card To Reveal What You Need to Release for the Cold Moon

Charging crystals in the full moon is a simple and powerful way to infuse them with positive energy and intention. Because full moons are at their fullest visibility, we consider the moon to then wane in size, making it a good time to ask her to help us with releasing that which no longer serves us. To do this, you will need to wait for a full moon and gather any crystals you wish to charge. Using the image above, choose a card that resonates with you to give you insight on what would be good for you to release during this full moon. Once you have set your intention, take your crystals and Chakrubs outside or place them near a window where they can be bathed in the moon's light. Allow the crystals to soak up the moon's energy for at least a few hours, or overnight if possible. As the Chakrubs and crystals charge, visualize your intention being infused into them. When you are finished, give thanks to the moon and the crystals, and store them in a special place where you can easily access them. For the rest of the month when you reach for your Chakrub for a pleasure practice, it will be your ally in helping you release that which no longer serves you.

Here are some more ways to practice letting go of a scarcity mindset:

  1. Practice gratitude: One way to shift your perspective to one of abundance is to focus on what you already have, rather than what you lack. Take time to reflect on the things in your life that you are grateful for, and make a habit of expressing gratitude for these things regularly.

  2. Seek out new opportunities: A scarcity mindset can lead to a tendency to hold onto what you have out of fear that you won't be able to replace it. Instead of clinging to what you have, try seeking out new opportunities and challenges that can help you grow and learn.

  3. Surround yourself with positive influences: The people you spend time with can have a big impact on your mindset and perspective. Surround yourself with people who have a positive outlook and who are supportive of your goals and dreams.

  4. Reframe negative thoughts: When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts about your resources or abilities, try reframing them in a more positive light. For example, instead of thinking "I can't afford it," try thinking "I am choosing to prioritize my spending in a different way."

  5. Practice generosity: One way to cultivate an abundance mindset is to focus on giving to others, rather than just taking for yourself. Consider volunteering your time or resources to help others, or simply being generous with your time and attention when interacting with others.

Here are a few tips to help you release judgmental thought patterns:

  1. Practice mindfulness: Try to become more aware of your thoughts and emotions as they arise, without judging them as good or bad. This can help you gain perspective on your thoughts and allow you to let go of judgmental thinking.

  2. Challenge negative thought patterns: When you catch yourself being judgmental, try to identify the underlying belief or assumption that is driving the judgment. Once you understand where the judgment is coming from, you can work to challenge and reframe those beliefs.

  3. Practice self-compassion: Remember that everyone makes mistakes and it's natural to have negative thoughts and emotions. Try to treat yourself with the same kindness and compassion that you would offer to a friend.

  4. Focus on the present moment: Judgmental thinking often comes from worrying about the past or the future. Try to bring your attention back to the present moment and focus on what is happening right now.

  5. Seek support: If judgmental thoughts are causing you a lot of stress or causing problems in your relationships, it might be helpful to seek support from a therapist or counselor. They can help you work through these thought patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking.

Remember, it's natural to have judgmental thoughts from time to time, but it's important to try to let go of them and focus on being more accepting and compassionate towards yourself and others.

Here are a few tips to help you give yourself more self-love:

  1. Practice self-care regularly: Take time to do things that nourish your body, mind, and soul, such as getting enough sleep, exercising, eating healthy, and engaging in hobbies that bring you joy.

  2. Set boundaries: Learn to say no to things that drain your energy or compromise your values. It's important to take care of yourself before you can take care of others.

  3. Talk to yourself kindly: Be your own best friend and speak to yourself with kindness and compassion. Avoid self-criticism and negative self-talk, and instead focus on your strengths and the things you appreciate about yourself.

  4. Forgive yourself: We all make mistakes and it's important to learn from them, but it's also important to let go of past mistakes and move on. Practice self-forgiveness and try not to dwell on things that you can't change.

  5. Surround yourself with positive people: The people you spend time with can have a big impact on your self-esteem. Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you, and limit your time with those who bring you down.

  6. Take time to relax and recharge: It's important to take breaks and give yourself time to relax and recharge. Find activities that help you relax, such as reading, meditating, or spending time in nature.

Remember, self-love is a journey and it takes time and practice. Be patient with yourself and try to focus on the positive aspects of your life. You are worthy of love and respect, so be kind to yourself and treat yourself with care.
